Grounded in empathy. Curious by nature.

Susanne Congress, LCSW

I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the excitement and challenges of adolescence and emerging adulthood.

I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their mental health journeys. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them understand how their life experiences shape their well-being.

I have a special interest in treating young adults with anxiety and trauma-related disorders. In addition, I have extensive experience providing gender-affirming mental health care and supporting individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, with a focus on equipping clients with practical skills and greater self-awareness to navigate life with confidence.
